A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary liaison for top clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and seamless communication.
  • Maintain and deepen existing relationships with senior stakeholders across top banks and major organizations.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, and follow-ups to sustain long-term partnerships.
  • Address client needs promptly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Business Development & Revenue Growth
  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the financial services and corporate sectors.
  • Leverage existing relationships to drive penetration into new departments, subsidiaries, and business units of banks and large corporates.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, pitches, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through strategic account expansion and pipeline management.
Market & Industry Intelligence
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide regular feedback and insights to management on emerging opportunities and risks.
  • Conduct research to strengthen value propositions and improve client engagement strategies.
Internal Collaboration
  • Work closely with operations, finance, and customer support teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and engagement initiatives for key accounts.
  • Participate in strategy meetings and contribute to business planning and forecasting.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in business development, corporate sales, or client relationship management.
  • Proven relationships with top banks, financial institutions, and major corporate organizations (mandatory).
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and strong client-facing presence.
