Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary liaison for top clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and seamless communication.
- Maintain and deepen existing relationships with senior stakeholders across top banks and major organizations.
- Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, and follow-ups to sustain long-term partnerships.
- Address client needs promptly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the financial services and corporate sectors.
- Leverage existing relationships to drive penetration into new departments, subsidiaries, and business units of banks and large corporates.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, pitches, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through strategic account expansion and pipeline management.
Market & Industry Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular feedback and insights to management on emerging opportunities and risks.
- Conduct research to strengthen value propositions and improve client engagement strategies.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with operations, finance, and customer support teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and engagement initiatives for key accounts.
- Participate in strategy meetings and contribute to business planning and forecasting.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in business development, corporate sales, or client relationship management.
- Proven relationships with top banks, financial institutions, and major corporate organizations (mandatory).
- Demonstrated ability to engage with senior executives and decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and strong client-facing presence.
