## Title: Business Development Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Business Development Officer to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and build strong client relationships for our organization in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer base
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Prepare and deliver business presentations and proposals
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports

Requirements

  • B.Sc./HND in a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in business development, preferably in the QSR or hospitality sector
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
