## Title: Business Development Officer
About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Business Development Officer to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and build strong client relationships for our organization in Lagos, Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer base
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare and deliver business presentations and proposals
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in business development, preferably in the QSR or hospitality sector
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
