## Title: Business Development Manager

About the Role

Caronik Security Solutions Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive company growth. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in expanding business portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities and potential clients
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competition
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proven experience of 3+ years in business development, sales, or similar roles
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Prior experience in the private security industry is advantageous
