## Title: Business Development Manager
About the Role
Caronik Security Solutions Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive company growth. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in expanding business portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities and potential clients
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competition
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently
- Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience of 3+ years in business development, sales, or similar roles
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Prior experience in the private security industry is advantageous
