Position Overview:
- The Business Development Officer will be responsible for bringing in new clients, helping to structure and grow our sales team, and advising management on effective marketing and growth strategies.
- Identify, approach, and secure new clients and business opportunities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow company revenue
- Help build, train, and structure the sales team
- Advise management on effective marketing and business growth strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports
- Represent the company at meetings, events, and negotiations
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing (preferably in tech or services)
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
- Good understanding of sales processes and marketing strategies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
- Experience working with or selling software/IT services is a strong advantage
