Position Overview: - The Business Development Officer will be responsible for bringing in new clients, helping to structure and grow our sales team, and advising management on effective marketing and growth strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, approach, and secure new clients and business opportunities - Develop and implement sales strategies to grow company revenue - Help build, train, and structure the sales team - Advise management on effective marketing and business growth strategies - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners - Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports - Represent the company at meetings, events, and negotiations Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing (preferably in tech or services) - Proven ability to generate leads and close deals - Good understanding of sales processes and marketing strategies - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented - Experience working with or selling software/IT services is a strong advantage
