## Title: Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze current and past financial data and provide strategies to increase revenue
  • Research the market to identify new business opportunities, formulate market analysis, and deliver accurate business reports
  • Create positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
  • Develop business development and marketing plans and growth strategies in collaboration with Management to achieve set revenue goals
  • Build referral and lead generation networks, and arrange business meetings with prospective clients to increase income generation
  • Generate business by promoting and selling the bank's financial products, such as deposits and various loan facilities
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support, keep records of sales and revenue

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in social sciences, business management, or any other related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of Business Development/Sales experience with a focus on the microfinance sector
  • Proven experience in microfinance products sales (highly preferred)
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Market research, strategy, and business reporting capabilities
  • Proven ability to work independently
  • Superior presentation skills and excellent oral and written communication abilities
  • Desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization
