## Title: Business Development Manager

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to drive business growth and expand market presence in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities (B2B)
  • Manage sales pipeline and convert leads into sales
  • Build strategic partnerships and distribution networks
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Prepare and present proposals and solutions to clients
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven sales or business development experience (solar/energy sector preferred)
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Passion for clean energy and sustainability
  • Willingness to travel for business meetings

Compensation

N600,000 - N800,000 per month
