An established company is recruiting for the following position. Position Overview:
  • The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating with multiple different business units in order to align the goals of different groups and generate new aveues for income.
  • Once development goals have been established, this candidate will be responsible for conducting due diligence, budgeting and creating timelines for necessary projects or events.
  • Alongside this, the candidate will also be responsible for cross checking legal responsibilities and contracts related to the organization and ensuring these regulations are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships to generate new avenues for income
  • Review contracts and legal
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships
  • Develop and execute sales and business development strategies
  • Prepare business proposals, bids, and presentations for clients
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and institutional clients
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, finance or relevant field
  • Expereince in HR Consulting
  • 5 years of management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
