An established company is recruiting for the following position. Position Overview: - The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating with multiple different business units in order to align the goals of different groups and generate new aveues for income. - Once development goals have been established, this candidate will be responsible for conducting due diligence, budgeting and creating timelines for necessary projects or events. - Alongside this, the candidate will also be responsible for cross checking legal responsibilities and contracts related to the organization and ensuring these regulations are followed. Key Responsibilities: - Build relationships to generate new avenues for income - Review contracts and legal - Identify new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships - Develop and execute sales and business development strategies - Prepare business proposals, bids, and presentations for clients - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements - Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and institutional clients - Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in economics, finance or relevant field - Expereince in HR Consulting - 5 years of management experience - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Strong organizational and communication skills Key Competencies: - Sales strategy and execution - Client acquisition strategy - Negotiation and relationship management - Market analysis and opportunity assessment - Strong presentation and communication skills.
