An established company is recruiting for the following position.
Responsibilties
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in target markets
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with potential clients and partners
- Developing and implementing growth strategies and plans
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
- Increasing client base by securing contracts with new customers
- Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Writing business proposals and reports to company stakeholders
- Conducting business presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
- Tracking and reporting on sales activities and using relevant sales performance metrics.
- B.Sc. or HND in any relevant field.
- Must have completed NYSC.
- Minimum of 4 years post-NYSC experience in sales within the financial services sector (e.g., Banking, Microfinance, Insurance, Fintech, Investment Services, Pension, etc.).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of financial products, market dynamics, and client acquisition.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
