An established company is recruiting for the following position. Responsibilties
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in target markets
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with potential clients and partners
  • Developing and implementing growth strategies and plans
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
  • Increasing client base by securing contracts with new customers
  • Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
  • Writing business proposals and reports to company stakeholders
  • Conducting business presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
  • Tracking and reporting on sales activities and using relevant sales performance metrics.
Required Qualifications: & Requirements 
  • B.Sc. or HND in any relevant field.
  • Must have completed NYSC.
  • Minimum of 4 years post-NYSC experience in sales within the financial services sector (e.g., Banking, Microfinance, Insurance, Fintech, Investment Services, Pension, etc.).
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Good understanding of financial products, market dynamics, and client acquisition.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
