An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Sabaplus Group is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth, expand market presence, and strengthen strategic partnerships across our business units. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies aligned with company goals
  • Identify new markets, clients, and partnership opportunities
  • Lead sales initiatives, negotiations, and deal closures
  • Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Prepare business proposals, reports, and performance forecasts
  • Lead and mentor business development teams to achieve targets
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales and growth targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical ability
  • Experience in corporate sales, consulting, or related industries is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
