An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Sabaplus Group is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth, expand market presence, and strengthen strategic partnerships across our business units. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement business growth strategies aligned with company goals - Identify new markets, clients, and partnership opportunities - Lead sales initiatives, negotiations, and deal closures - Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients - Conduct market research and competitor analysis - Prepare business proposals, reports, and performance forecasts - Lead and mentor business development teams to achieve targets Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role - Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales and growth targets - Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills - Strategic thinker with strong analytical ability - Experience in corporate sales, consulting, or related industries is an advantage - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus) What We Offer - Competitive salary and performance-based incentives - Opportunity to grow with a dynamic and innovative organization - Professional development and leadership opportunities
