Position Overview:
- The Business Development Manager will spearhead the development and execution of strategic business growth initiatives, driving revenue expansion, market penetration, and strong client relationships.
- This pivotal role demands a highly driven, results-oriented professional with exceptional communication, sales, and interpersonal skills.
- The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales and marketing, outstanding leadership abilities, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
- Oversee and optimize day-to-day field operations to maximize efficiency
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and analysis.
- Qualify leads and build strong relationships with prospects through effective communication and research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Coordinate and conduct daily sales calls, presentations, and demonstrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver client solutions.
- Provide regular sales performance reports and pipeline updates
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and track progress.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
- Submit periodic reports as required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Carry out other responsibilities as may be assigned by your direct report.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Master's Degree (an added advantage)
- Minimum of 10 years post-NYSC experience in a similar role
- Age: 35years and above.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
