A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Position Overview:
  • The Business Development Manager will spearhead the development and execution of strategic business growth initiatives, driving revenue expansion, market penetration, and strong client relationships.
  • This pivotal role demands a highly driven, results-oriented professional with exceptional communication, sales, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales and marketing, outstanding leadership abilities, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
  • Oversee and optimize day-to-day field operations to maximize efficiency
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and analysis.
  • Qualify leads and build strong relationships with prospects through effective communication and research
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate and conduct daily sales calls, presentations, and demonstrations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver client solutions.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports and pipeline updates
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and track progress.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
  • Submit periodic reports as required
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Carry out other responsibilities as may be assigned by your direct report.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Master's Degree (an added advantage)
  • Minimum of 10 years post-NYSC experience in a similar role
  • Age: 35years and above.
