About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Lead to drive growth within the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships, lead tender processes, and support the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with operators, contractors, and key partners
- Lead prospecting, client engagement, and presentations to secure contracts
- Prepare and submit tenders and proposals via NIPEX and other platforms
- Follow up on bids to ensure closure and contract awards
- Track and report business development activities and market trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 5 – 10 years' experience in Business Development within the Oil & Gas sector
- Strong understanding of NIPEX processes and industry dynamics
- Proven ability to identify, pursue, and close business deals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
