## Title: Business Development Lead - Oil & Gas

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Lead to drive growth within the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships, lead tender processes, and support the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with operators, contractors, and key partners
  • Lead prospecting, client engagement, and presentations to secure contracts
  • Prepare and submit tenders and proposals via NIPEX and other platforms
  • Follow up on bids to ensure closure and contract awards
  • Track and report business development activities and market trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • 5 – 10 years' experience in Business Development within the Oil & Gas sector
  • Strong understanding of NIPEX processes and industry dynamics
  • Proven ability to identify, pursue, and close business deals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
