About The Role
The DEW Centre is expanding and seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to strengthen our client base and drive strategic partnerships. We're looking for a results-driven professional with a passion for driving growth, generating revenue, and building meaningful business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities
- Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Track performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-lasting professional relationships
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
- Strong organisational and analytical abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
