An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Job Summary
  • We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth through strategic marketing, client acquisition, and customer relationship management, with a focus on deposit mobilization, asset creation, and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and grow the customer base.
  • Generate Deposits: Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain deposits from existing and new clients.
  • Build Strong Client Relationships: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients by providing personalized financial advice, excellent customer service, and timely response to queries and concerns.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends
Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
  • 4 - 5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Confident communicator with strong sales acumen.
  • Proactive and passionate about business growth.
  • Familiarity with financial products and services, including loan products and deposits.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
