An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Job Summary - We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth through strategic marketing, client acquisition, and customer relationship management, with a focus on deposit mobilization, asset creation, and expanding our customer base. Key Responsibilities - Drive Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and grow the customer base. - Generate Deposits: Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain deposits from existing and new clients. - Build Strong Client Relationships: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients by providing personalized financial advice, excellent customer service, and timely response to queries and concerns. - Stay Updated on Industry Trends Requirements - Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or a related field. - 4 - 5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the financial services industry. - Confident communicator with strong sales acumen. - Proactive and passionate about business growth. - Familiarity with financial products and services, including loan products and deposits. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Analytical and problem-solving skills.
