A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Position Overview:
  • We’re looking for highly driven Business Development Executives to lead sales effortsin Lagos. Focus: Closing deals & generating revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage prospective customers through calls, visits, and presentations
  • Pitch products/services and deliver compelling sales demonstrations
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals effectively
  • Maintain CRM records of pipeline activities and follow-ups
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide post-sales support and retain key clients
  • Monitor competitor activities and share market insights with the team
  • Attend industry events and represent the company externally
Eligibility
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales and business development
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets
  • Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work with targets and achieve results consistently
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • A self-starter with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong knowledge of cloud services, IT infrastructure, or SaaS is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in any related field (or equivalent ).
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales and business development
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales/revenue targets.
