Position Overview:
- We’re looking for highly driven Business Development Executives to lead sales effortsin Lagos. Focus: Closing deals & generating revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective customers through calls, visits, and presentations
- Pitch products/services and deliver compelling sales demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals effectively
- Maintain CRM records of pipeline activities and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide post-sales support and retain key clients
- Monitor competitor activities and share market insights with the team
- Attend industry events and represent the company externally
Eligibility
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales and business development
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets
- Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Ability to work with targets and achieve results consistently
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- A self-starter with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong knowledge of cloud services, IT infrastructure, or SaaS is a plus
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in any related field (or equivalent ).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales and business development
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales/revenue targets.
