We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for property sales, leasing, and partnerships.
- Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, site visits, and marketing activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, agents, and corporate partners.
- Present real estate offerings to prospective clients and negotiate deals to closure.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing, and competitive opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support sales campaigns and property launches.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales reports for management.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years experience in business development or sales, preferably in real estate. HAVE NIEVS CERT IS AN ADDED ADVANTAGE
- Strong knowledge of property sales, leasing, and real estate market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple client accounts.
- Results-driven, proactive, and professional in approach.
