We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for property sales, leasing, and partnerships.
  • Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, site visits, and marketing activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, agents, and corporate partners.
  • Present real estate offerings to prospective clients and negotiate deals to closure.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing, and competitive opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support sales campaigns and property launches.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales reports for management.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years experience in business development or sales, preferably in real estate. HAVE NIEVS CERT IS AN ADDED ADVANTAGE
  • Strong knowledge of property sales, leasing, and real estate market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple client accounts.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and professional in approach.
