We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. About the job
  • We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base and strengthen our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new clients for the company’s security services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and institutional clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service presentations to potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with operations and management teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent the company at networking events, site visits, and business meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and closed deals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development or sales (security or service industry experience is an advantage).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to close deals and meet targets.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented.
