## Title: Business Developer

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Business Developer. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while building strong client relationships across multiple sectors.

Location

Magodo, Lagos (Open to Negotiation)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities across construction projects, equipment supply, and medical technology solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and key stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential project or supply leads
  • Prepare and present business proposals, bids, and tender documents
  • Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and coordinate presentations with decision-makers
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate proposals and smooth execution of client engagements
  • Track sales performance, pipeline activities, and provide weekly reports to management
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions

Required Qualifications

  • B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, Sciences, Engineering, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Business Developer
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proactive, result-oriented mindset with ability to work with limited supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Experience

  • Background in construction, engineering, or medical equipment sales
