About the Role
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Business Developer. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while building strong client relationships across multiple sectors.
Location
Magodo, Lagos (Open to Negotiation)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities across construction projects, equipment supply, and medical technology solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and key stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential project or supply leads
- Prepare and present business proposals, bids, and tender documents
- Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and coordinate presentations with decision-makers
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate proposals and smooth execution of client engagements
- Track sales performance, pipeline activities, and provide weekly reports to management
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, Sciences, Engineering, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience as a Business Developer
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proactive, result-oriented mindset with ability to work with limited supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Experience
- Background in construction, engineering, or medical equipment sales
