## Title: Builder

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Builder.

OND, Higher National Diploma (HND), or Bachelor's degree in Building Technology, Construction Management, or related discipline
Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in building construction supervision and site management
Membership of the Nigerian Institute of Building (NIOB) and registration with the Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria (CORBON) (advantageous)
Proficiency in project scheduling and site management software such as MS Project and AutoCAD (advantageous)
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes of practice
