About the Role
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Builder.
Requirements
- OND, Higher National Diploma (HND), or Bachelor's degree in Building Technology, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in building construction supervision and site management
- Membership of the Nigerian Institute of Building (NIOB) and registration with the Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria (CORBON) (advantageous)
- Proficiency in project scheduling and site management software such as MS Project and AutoCAD (advantageous)
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes of practice
