BSS Engineer at Spectranet

About the Role

An established company is recruiting for a BSS Engineer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, commission, and integrate Huawei 4G eNodeB (Macro & Micro) sites
• Install, align, and test Ceragon/Huawei Microwave links (IP-based)
• Troubleshoot RF, transmission, and hardware issues (ODU, IDU, feeders, antennas)
• Optimize link performance (RSSI, throughput, latency)
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance

Required Qualifications

• BSc or HND in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Telecommunications Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Huawei 4G eNodeB and Microwave systems

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of LTE architecture and IP transmission
• Proficiency with field tools (Site Master, Power Meter, GPS, Anritsu/Keysight)
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent reporting and communication skills
