We are urgently seeking a highly driven and experienced Branch Manager to lead operations and business growth at our Epe Branch. Key Responsibilities:

Drive deposit mobilization and loan portfolio growth

Achieve branch profitability and performance targets

Supervise and motivate branch staff for optimal performance

Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Build strong customer relationships and expand market presence

Manage risk, loan recovery, and portfolio quality (PAR)

Requirements:

Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Banking, Finance, Business Administration or related field

Minimum of 5years banking experience (Microfinance experience is an added advantage)

Proven track record in deposit mobilization and credit marketing

Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills

Ability to meet and exceed branch targets
