Branch Manager - Epe

We are urgently seeking a highly driven and experienced Branch Manager to lead operations and business growth at our Epe Branch. Key Responsibilities: - Drive deposit mobilization and loan portfolio growth - Achieve branch profitability and performance targets - Supervise and motivate branch staff for optimal performance - Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements - Build strong customer relationships and expand market presence - Manage risk, loan recovery, and portfolio quality (PAR) Requirements: - Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Banking, Finance, Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 5years banking experience (Microfinance experience is an added advantage) - Proven track record in deposit mobilization and credit marketing - Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills - Ability to meet and exceed branch targets - Application Deadline: Urgent
