We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Position Overview:  
  • We are looking for a professional and attentive Waiter to join our hotel’s Food & Beverage team.
  • The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure a pleasant dining experience for guests, and support smooth restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
  • Present menus, take food and drink orders accurately, and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally.
  • Check in with guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and respond to any additional requests.
  • Clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area.
  • Process bills, handle cash/card payments, and issue receipts accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other wait staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper handling of food and beverages.
  • Assist with setting up dining areas for events, banquets, or special occasions.
  • Report any guest complaints or service issues to the supervisor for prompt resolution.
Required Qualifications: & Skills
  • Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar customer service role (hospitality experience is preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic arithmetic skills for handling orders and payments.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
