Attentive Waiter / Waitress

We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Position Overview:   - We are looking for a professional and attentive Waiter to join our hotel’s Food & Beverage team. - The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure a pleasant dining experience for guests, and support smooth restaurant operations. Key Responsibilities: - Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables. - Present menus, take food and drink orders accurately, and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff. - Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally. - Check in with guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and respond to any additional requests. - Clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area. - Process bills, handle cash/card payments, and issue receipts accurately. - Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other wait staff to ensure smooth service. - Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper handling of food and beverages. - Assist with setting up dining areas for events, banquets, or special occasions. - Report any guest complaints or service issues to the supervisor for prompt resolution. Required Qualifications: & Skills - Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar customer service role (hospitality experience is preferred). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail. - Professional appearance and positive attitude. - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Basic arithmetic skills for handling orders and payments. - Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
