Job Summary
- The incumbent is responsible for all aspects of membership development in the Zone.
- Additionally, this role will coordinate training and director capacity development and provide essential support for training initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and optimal member experience in relations to Programs and Event coordination.
- Academic & Professional Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or any other related field.
- Experience: Minimum of four (4) years relevant work experience in similar role
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional and inter-regional teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills and well-developed persuasion and marketing skill.
