Job Summary - The incumbent is responsible for all aspects of membership development in the Zone. - Additionally, this role will coordinate training and director capacity development and provide essential support for training initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and optimal member experience in relations to Programs and Event coordination. Requirements - Academic & Professional Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or any other related field. - Experience: Minimum of four (4) years relevant work experience in similar role Competency and Skills Requirement: - Strong interpersonal skills with ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional and inter-regional teams - Excellent communication and organizational skills and well-developed persuasion and marketing skill.
