Key Responsibilities
- Execute sales plans within designated areas
- Supervise field sales representatives and ensure daily performance tracking
- Identify new business opportunities and manage key retail channels
- Ensure excellent product visibility and market activation
- Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback for strategic planning
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' FMCG sales experience
- Good understanding of open markets, distributors, and retail sales
- Strong communication, analytical, and route-to-market skills
Compensation
N220,000 per month
