Role Overview
Our client in the agricultural sector is expanding their dynamic team and seeking an experienced Sales Manager to unlock business opportunities within a designated coverage area. You will be responsible for generating sales orders and exceeding sales targets in your territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and increase market reach in your designated coverage area
- Generate sales orders from existing and new customers
- Convert inquiries and prospects into confirmed sales
- Ensure steady sales growth and achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high satisfaction with after-sales service
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to support overall business objectives
- Design and implement sales campaigns (with marketing team support) to drive client acquisition
- Monitor competitor activities and submit intelligent market reports
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sales reports to management
- Provide weekly sales pipeline reports to management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science, Agricultural Economics, Marketing, Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of professional sales experience
- Strong understanding of the feed mill industry and market dynamics
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Good knowledge of your designated terrain and local market

Compensation
N120,000 per month plus N280,000 float
