We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. About the job
  • We are currently seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to oversee sales operations within a defined territory, drive revenue growth, and manage a team of Sales Executives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Manage, coach, and motivate a sales team
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Analyze market trends, manage sales pipeline, and submit performance reports
  • Ensure effective use of CRM and compliance with company policies
Requirements: & Competencies:
  • Proven experience in sales leadership and territory management
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
  • Results-driven, customer-focused, and highly analytical
  • Excellent communication and team management skills
