We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. About the job - We are currently seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to oversee sales operations within a defined territory, drive revenue growth, and manage a team of Sales Executives. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets - Develop and execute effective sales strategies - Manage, coach, and motivate a sales team - Build and maintain strong client relationships - Analyze market trends, manage sales pipeline, and submit performance reports - Ensure effective use of CRM and compliance with company policies Requirements: & Competencies: - Proven experience in sales leadership and territory management - Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills - Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) - Results-driven, customer-focused, and highly analytical - Excellent communication and team management skills
