A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and increase sales of the company's products across Maiduguri
- Achieve sales targets and goals for designated areas.
- Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base (distributors, sub-dealers, wholesalers).
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, motivating them to meet targets.
- Conduct market research and collect customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Build strong partnerships with key distributors to ensure smooth business operations.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and product knowledge.
- HND or BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- 4–7 years’ experience in sales and marketing within the FMCG industry.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proven ability in sales planning, coaching, and team management.
- Good market knowledge and ability to gather customer insights.
