A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and increase sales of the company's products across Maiduguri
  • Achieve sales targets and goals for designated areas.
  • Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base (distributors, sub-dealers, wholesalers).
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, motivating them to meet targets.
  • Conduct market research and collect customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Build strong partnerships with key distributors to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and product knowledge.
Key Requirements
  • HND or BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • 4–7 years’ experience in sales and marketing within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Proven ability in sales planning, coaching, and team management.
  • Good market knowledge and ability to gather customer insights.
