## Title: Administrative Officer

Overall Purpose of Job

Provide effective office administration, facility management, and fleet management support to ensure smooth operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement, maintenance, and repair of company equipment and vehicles
  • Ensure utilities are managed efficiently and bills are settled accurately and promptly following proper authorization procedures
  • Process requisitions, verify incoming and outgoing supply items, and maintain adequate office supplies and equipment stock levels
  • Manage the front office operations and reception services
  • Oversee pool car management and vehicle allocation
  • Manage office consumables inventory, monitor usage, and ensure timely replacement
  • Maintain administration and document control systems
  • Assist with insurance policy renewal processes
  • Prepare meeting minutes and official memos
  • Source quality products at reasonable prices and maintain brochure records from partners
  • Perform other assigned administrative duties as required

Required Qualifications

  • University degree
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in client relations and administrative functions
