## Title: Administrative Officer
Overall Purpose of Job
Provide effective office administration, facility management, and fleet management support to ensure smooth operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement, maintenance, and repair of company equipment and vehicles
- Ensure utilities are managed efficiently and bills are settled accurately and promptly following proper authorization procedures
- Process requisitions, verify incoming and outgoing supply items, and maintain adequate office supplies and equipment stock levels
- Manage the front office operations and reception services
- Oversee pool car management and vehicle allocation
- Manage office consumables inventory, monitor usage, and ensure timely replacement
- Maintain administration and document control systems
- Assist with insurance policy renewal processes
- Prepare meeting minutes and official memos
- Source quality products at reasonable prices and maintain brochure records from partners
- Perform other assigned administrative duties as required
Required Qualifications
- University degree
- Minimum 3 years' experience in client relations and administrative functions
