This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. ROLE SUMMARY
  • The Administrative Officer will support day-to-day business operations with a strong focus on inventory control, stock management, and procurement of office consumables and equipment. The role requires a highly organized, proactive individual who can ensure smooth operations without lapses.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory and stock levels of office supplies, consumables, and minor equipment
  • Track stock usage, maintain accurate inventory records, and initiate timely replenishment
  • Handle procurement of office consumables and administrative equipment
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
  • Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping of administrative transactions
  • Support logistics and coordination for office and operational activities
  • Ensure administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently
  • Escalate potential shortages or operational risks proactively
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related field
  • 2–3 years proven experience in an administrative or operations support role

  • Strong inventory and stock management skills
  • Good understanding of procurement and vendor coordination
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Strong sense of accountability and integrity
  • Ability to work independently and follow established processes
  • Good communication and reporting skills
