ROLE SUMMARY - The Administrative Officer will support day-to-day business operations with a strong focus on inventory control, stock management, and procurement of office consumables and equipment. The role requires a highly organized, proactive individual who can ensure smooth operations without lapses. Key Responsibilities: - Manage inventory and stock levels of office supplies, consumables, and minor equipment - Track stock usage, maintain accurate inventory records, and initiate timely replenishment - Handle procurement of office consumables and administrative equipment - Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers - Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping of administrative transactions - Support logistics and coordination for office and operational activities - Ensure administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently - Escalate potential shortages or operational risks proactively Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related field - 2–3 years proven experience in an administrative or operations support role Skills: & COMPETENCIES - Strong inventory and stock management skills - Good understanding of procurement and vendor coordination - High level of organization and attention to detail - Strong sense of accountability and integrity - Ability to work independently and follow established processes - Good communication and reporting skills - Proficiency in basic office tools ADDED ADVANTAGE - Experience working in a factory, production, or operations-driven environment
