An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Administration / Documentation Officer with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will manage project documentation, administrative processes, contract records, and ensure proper filing and compliance with company and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain all project documentation (contracts, drawings, BOQs, reports, invoices, correspondences).
  • Ensure proper document control, filing, and version tracking.
  • Provide administrative support to project managers and site teams.
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and official correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and construction documentation standards.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and regulatory bodies when required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in an administrative/documentation role within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of document control processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
