An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Administration / Documentation Officer with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will manage project documentation, administrative processes, contract records, and ensure proper filing and compliance with company and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain all project documentation (contracts, drawings, BOQs, reports, invoices, correspondences). - Ensure proper document control, filing, and version tracking. - Provide administrative support to project managers and site teams. - Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and official correspondence. - Ensure compliance with company policies and construction documentation standards. - Liaise with vendors, contractors, and regulatory bodies when required. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, or related field. - Minimum of 8 years’ experience in an administrative/documentation role within the construction industry. - Strong knowledge of document control processes. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. - Excellent organizational and communication skills.
