Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, providing essential administrative support while contributing to our mission of delivering top-notch marketing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and maintain electronic and physical files in accordance with company policies
- Ensure all documents are accurately labeled and retrievable
- Cross-check information against existing records to ensure consistency
- Input and update relevant data into internal systems while maintaining data integrity and accuracy
- Perform general office duties and any other tasks assigned by the Head of Department
Requirements and Skills
- OND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1+ year of previous administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills
- Proactive attitude with ability to work collaboratively in a team
