## Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Sort, organize, and maintain electronic and physical files in accordance with company policies
  • Ensure all documents are accurately labeled and retrievable
  • Cross-check information against existing records to ensure consistency
  • Input and update relevant data into internal systems while maintaining data integrity and accuracy
  • Perform general office duties and any other tasks assigned by the Head of Department

Requirements and Skills

  • OND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 1+ year of previous administrative experience
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proactive attitude with ability to work collaboratively in a team
