We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Position Overview:
  • The Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations.
  • The role involves managing records, coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, and supporting internal departments with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and staff
  • Manage office files, records, and documentation (physical and electronic)
  • Prepare letters, reports, memos, and other official documents
  • Receive, screen, and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate procurement when needed
  • Support HR and finance teams with documentation and data entry
  • Assist with staff onboarding documentation and record keeping
  • Ensure confidentiality of company and employee information
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements: & Qualifications
  • Minimum of OND / HND / BSc Degree in Business Administration or related fields
  • 1–2 years experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail and professionalism.
